Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hi@artbykristinaschmidt.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we may assess and resolve the issue.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items
